The sum of $24,040,800, or so much thereof as 4 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5 to meet the ordinary and contingent e xpenses of the Office of 6 the State Comptroller, which includes in part, the approximate 7 sum of $250,000 for the Comptroller’s Office of Inspector 8 General. 9 Section 10. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as 10 may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Comptroller from 11 the Comptroller's Administrative Fund for the discharge of 12 duties of the office. 13 Section 15. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 18 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 19 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller fo r funding the 20 unfunded liabilities of the General Assembly Retirement System. 21 Amounts appropriated under this Section shall be in addition 22 to, and not in lieu of, any State contributions required under 23 HB3998 -19- LRB103 31160 DTM 57931 b Section 2-124 of the Illinois Pension Code. 1 Section 75. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 2 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 3 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 4 unfunded liabilities of the Judges Retirement System. Amounts 5 appropriated under this Section shall be in addition to, and 6 not in lieu of, any State contributions required under Section 7 18-131 of the Illinois Pension Code. 8 Section 80. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 9 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stab ilization 10 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 11 unfunded liabilities of the State Employees' Retirement System. 12 Amounts appropriated under this Section shall be in addition 13 to, and not in lieu of, any State contributions required unde r 14 Section 14-131 of the Illinois Pension Code. 15 Section 85. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 16 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 17 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 18 unfunded liabilities of the Teachers' Retirement System of the 19 State of Illinois. Amounts appropriated under this Section 20 shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any State 21 contributions required under Section 16 -158 of the Illinois 22 HB3998 -20- LRB103 31160 DTM 57931 b Pension Code. 1 Section 90. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 2 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 3 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 4 unfunded liabilities of the State Universities Retirement 5 System. Amounts appropriated under this Section sh all be in 6 addition to, and not in lieu of, any State contributions 7 required under Section 15 -155 of the Illinois Pension Code. 8 Effective as of July 1, 2023 9
