13	13	SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

15	15	Appropriates $24,342,100 from the General Revenue Fund to
16	16	the State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants,
17	17	and reimbursements for the 2024 fiscal year. Appropriates
18	18	$300,000 from the Elections Special Projects Fund to the State
19	19	Board of Elections for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
20	20	Appropriates $2,454,000 from the Person al Property Tax
21	21	Replacement Fund to the State Board of Elections for its
22	22	ordinary and contingent expenses. Appropriates $15,837,900 from
23	23	the Help Illinois Vote Fund to the State Board of Elections for
24	24	implementation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Ef fective

37	37	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
38	38	in the General Assembly: 3

40	40	Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum 4
41	41	of $24,342,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is 5
42	42	appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Boa rd 6
43	43	of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and 7
44	44	reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. 8

46	46	Section 10. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may 9
47	47	be necessary, is appropriated from the Elections Special 10
48	48	Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for its ordinary 11
