1515 Appropriates $24,342,100 from the General Revenue Fund to

2020 Appropriates $2,454,000 from the Person al Property Tax
2121 Replacement Fund to the State Board of Elections for its
2222 ordinary and contingent expenses. Appropriates $15,837,900 from
2323 the Help Illinois Vote Fund to the State Board of Elections for
2424 implementation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Ef fective
