15	15	Appropriates $54,300,000 from the State Coronavirus Urgent
16	16	Remediation Emergency Fund and $50,000,000 from the Rebuild
17	17	Illinois Projects Fund to the Department of Public Health for
18	18	costs associated with lead service line replacement at licensed
19	19	child care facilities. Effective July 1, 2023.

31	31	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
32	32	in the General Assembly: 3

34	34	Section 5. The sum of $54,300,000, or so much of that amount 4
35	35	as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Coronavirus 5
36	36	Urgent Remediation Emergency Fund to the Department of Public 6
37	37	Health for costs associated with lead service line replacement 7
