Appropriates $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Peggy
Notebaert Nature Museum for costs associated with
infrastructure improvements. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may 4
be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 5
the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Peggy 6
Notebaert Nature Museum for costs associated with 7
infrastructure improvements. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
