1515 Appropriates $25,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the
1616 Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants to
1717 the Barrington Area Council of Governments to facilitate
1818 implementation of its Water Resources Initiative that will
1919 monitor water quality and quantity in the shallow aquifer
2020 supporting the water needs of the Villages of Barrington,
2121 Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Lake Barrington, South Barrington,
2222 and Tower Lakes and the Township of Barrington, as well as
2323 surrounding areas. Effective immediately.

3535 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

3838 Section 5. The sum of $ 25,000 or so much of that sum as may 4
