SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $519,000 to the Illinois Criminal Justice
Information Authority for costs associated with the Healing
Beyond Harm program at each of the following correctional
centers: (1) Logan; (2) Stateville; (3) Menard ; and (4)
Pinckneyville. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $519,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Criminal 5
Justice Information Authority for costs associated with the 6
Healing Beyond Harm program at each of the following 7
correctional center s: (1) Logan; (2) Stateville; (3) Menard ; 8
and (4) Pinckneyville. 9
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 10
2023. 11
