3	11		1 AN ACT concerning conservation.
4	12		2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
5	13		3 represented in the General Assembly:
6	14		4 Section 5. The Open Space Lands Acquisition and
7	15		5 Development Act is amended by changing Section 13 as follows:
8	16		6 (525 ILCS 35/13) (from Ch. 85, par. 2113)
9	17		7 Sec. 13. There is hereby created in the State Treasury the
10	18		8 Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Fund. The fund
11	19		9 shall be used by the Department to make grants to local
12	20		10 governments in the manner and for the purposes described in
13	21		11 Section 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, moneys
14	22		12 in the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Fund may
15	23		13 not be appropriated, assigned, or transferred to another State
16	24		14 fund.
