1111 1 AN ACT concerning criminal law.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The Criminal Code of 2012 is amended by
1515 5 changing Section 24.5-10 as follows:
1616 6 (720 ILCS 5/24.5-10)
1717 7 Sec. 24.5-10. Unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, or
1818 8 delivery, or consumption.
1919 9 (a) In this Section:
2020 10 "Alcoholic liquor" has the meaning given the term in
2121 11 Section 1-3.05 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934.
2222 12 "Tobacco product", "electronic cigarette", and
2323 13 "alternative nicotine product" have the meanings given those
2424 14 terms in subsection (a-9) of Section 1 of the Prevention of
2525 15 Tobacco Use by Persons under 21 years of Age and Sale and
2626 16 Distribution of Tobacco Products Act.
2727 17 (b) Any person, firm, corporation, co-partnership, limited
2828 18 liability company, or association that intentionally
2929 19 manufactures, delivers, or possesses with intent to
3030 20 manufacture or deliver nitrous oxide for any purpose
3131 21 prohibited under Section 24.5-5 is guilty of a Class 3 felony.
3232 22 (c) The sale or consumption of nitrous oxide is prohibited
3333 23 on the premises of any business whose gross revenues exceed
