4		-	AN ACT concerning land.
5		-	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6		-	represented in the General Assembly:
7		-	Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of
8		-	Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized
9		-	to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of
10		-	the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs
11		-	in and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the City
12		-	of Aurora, subject to the conditions and restriction described
13		-	in Section 15.
14		-	Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey
15		-	the following described real property:
16		-	Plat of Land in Sugar Grove, Illinois:
17		-	THAT PART OF THE NORTH WEST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 38
18		-	NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN,
19		-	DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE CENTER OF SECTION
20		-	20; THENCE WEST ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE 30.47
21		-	CHAINS TO A POINT 9.60 CHAINS EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
22		-	OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE
23		-	WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 37.90 CHAINS TO THE CENTER LINE
24		-	OF THE ROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG THE CENTER LINE 946.03 FEET

	4	+	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

40		-	SAID SOUTHERLY LINE 500.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
41		-	CONTAINING 10.00 ACRES (MORE OR LESS) IN TOWNSHIP 38
42		-	NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN
43		-	THE TOWNSHIP OF SUGAR GROVE, KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
44		-	Section 15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the real
45		-	property described in Section 10 to the City of Aurora until
46		-	the Adjutant General determines that the property is no longer
47		-	required for military purposes. Conveyance of the above real
48		-	property will be in an "as is" condition, and the City of
49		-	Aurora will pay all required costs and expenses for the
50		-	conveyance, as determined by the Adjutant General.
51		-	Section 20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified
52		-	copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days
53		-	after its effective date and, upon the conveyance of the real
