13	13	1 AN ACT concerning domestic violence.
14	14	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
15	15	3 represented in the General Assembly:
16	16	4 Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
17	17	5 amended by adding Section 112A-14.6 as follows:

20	20	8 Whenever a domestic violence order of protection or civil no
