The amount of $1,000,000 , or so much of that 4 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 5 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic 6 Opportunity to make grants to child care providers who offer 7 non-traditional hours of care for the children of first 8 responders and trade workers. 9 Section 99.
