AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as 4
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5
to the Department of Commerce and Econ omic Opportunity for the 6
implementation of information technology and staffing 7
provisions under the Business Assistance and Regulatory Reform 8
Act. 9
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 10
2024. 11
