34	34	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2

39	39	Section 5. The sum of $7, 840,000, or so much thereof as 5
40	40	may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Student 6
41	41	Assistance Commission from the General Revenue Fund to meet its 7
42	42	operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 5. 8
