1515 Appropriates the amount of $53,000,000 from the Capital
1616 Facility and Technology Modernization Fund to the Office of the
1717 Comptroller for technology modernization of the Statewide
1818 Legacy Systems and maintenance of information technology
1919 systems and infrastructure and other costs. Appropriates the
2020 amount of $53,000,000 to the Office of the Comptroller from the
2121 General Revenue Fund for deposit into the Capital Facility and
2222 Technology Modernization Fund. Effective July 1, 2024.

3333 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
3434 in the General Assembly: 3

3636 Section 5. The amount of $53,000,000, or such much thereof 4
3737 as may be necessary and in addition to other amounts that may 5
3838 be appropriated, is appropriated to t he State Comptroller from 6
3939 the Capital Facility and Technology Modernization Fund to the 7
