12 | 12 | | 10 University of Central Florida's executive development program |
---|
13 | 13 | | 11 to working alongside the founder of the eponymous Paul Simon |

14 | 14 | | 12 Public Policy Institute; and |

15 | 15 | | 13 WHEREAS, Matt Baughman pursued a career in higher |

16 | 16 | | 14 education administration following studies at Illinois |

17 | 17 | | 15 College, where he was a recipient of the Student Laureate |

18 | 18 | | 16 Award by the Lincoln Academy of Illinois; he was also selected |
