| 9 | 9 | | 7 February 10, 1959; she married David Lasota in Streamwood on |

| 10 | 10 | | 8 February 14, 2011; and |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 WHEREAS, Kathryn Lasota enjoyed antiques and co-owned The |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 Cornucopia Tea and Gift Shop in Aurora with her husband, |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 David; she was also employed with the Illinois Hospital |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 12 Association for 20 years; and |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 WHEREAS, Kathryn Lasota will be remembered as a devoted |
