| 9 | 9 | | 7 (Nardoni) Rossi, was born on August 1, 1953; he married Terri |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 WHEREAS, Judge Rossi retired as Judge of the Twelfth |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 Judicial Circuit Court of Will County in Joliet; and |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 WHEREAS, Judge Rossi served as Mayor of the Village of |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 Frankfort from 1993 to 2005; during his tenure, he spearheaded |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 13 initiatives focused on economic development, community |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 14 engagement, and sustainable growth, elevating community |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 15 standards in the process and helping make Frankfort the modern |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 16 village it is today; he was noted as a tough but respected |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | 17 leader who always looked out for what was best for the village |
