1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of John R.
4 Morales, who passed away on July 30, 2024; and
5 WHEREAS, John Morales, the son of the late Juan and Elaina
6 Morales, was born on October 16, 1956; and
7 WHEREAS, John Morales was the longtime chief financial
8 officer (CFO) of many hospitals and private industry
9 companies, and he served as a proud certified public
10 accountant (CPA) for many years; and
11 WHEREAS, John Morales was the husband of Carla (Cosentino)
12 Morales for 44 years; the father of Samantha Morales; the
13 son-in-law of Charlotte and the late Jerry Cosentino; the
14 brother-in-law of Carey Cosentino, Claudia (Ken) Roselli,
15 Carolyn Cosentino, and Colette (George) Gorman; and the uncle
16 of many; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
18 HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
19 we mourn the passing of John R. Morales and extend our sincere
20 condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
21 him; and be it further
