No personally identifiable 20 information shall be included in any data submitted to and 21 compiled by the Early Childhood Data Center. The Department 22 may adopt any rules necessary to implement the provisions of 23 this Section, including, but not limited to, rules on 24 reporting deadlines, the relevant agencies or individuals 25 required to report, and the manner in which the data is 26 compiled and made accessible to early childhood providers.
