  Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2 
in the General Assembly: 3 
 
ARTICLE 1 4 
 
  Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof 5 
as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes 6 
hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and 7 
contingent expenses of the Illinois Criminal Justice 8

may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 4 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for the 5 
Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council Program.  6 
 
  Section 15.  The amount of $550,000, or so much thereof as 7 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 8 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for all 9 
costs associated with Bullying Prevention. 10 
 
  Section 20.  The amount of $250,000, or so much thereof as 11 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 12 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for all 13 
costs associated with technical assistance and navigation of 14 
the Grant Accountability and Transpa rency Act. 15 
 
  Section 25.  The amount of $1 3,000,000, or so much thereof 16 
as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Criminal 17 
Justice Information Authority from the General Revenue Fund for 18 
administrative costs, awards and grants for Adult Redeplo y and 19 
Diversion Programs. 20

  Section 30.  The amount of $1,200,000, or so much thereof 1 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 2 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 3 
the purpose of awarding grants, contracts, 	administrative 4 
expenses and all related costs for the Safe From the Start 5 
Program. 6 
 
  Section 35.  The amount of $16,342,700, or so much thereof 7 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 8 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 9 
administrative costs, awards and grants for Community -Based 10 
Violence Prevention Programs, including prior year costs. 11 
 
  Section 40.  The amount of $6,694,300, or so much thereof 12 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 13 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 14 
grants and administrative expenses related to Metropolitan 15 
Family Services’ support of street intervention programming. 16 
 
  Section 45.  The amount of $1,000,000, or so much thereof 17 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 18 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 19 
a grant to the Safer Foundation for violence prevention 20 
services and any associated administrative expenses. 21

  Section 50.  The amount of $1 ,000,000, or so much thereof 1 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 2 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 3 
grants to local law enforcement agencies, other first 4 
responders, and co-responders for training and other allowable 5 
costs pursuant to the Community -Law Enforcement and Other First 6 
Responder Partnership for Deflection and Addiction Treatment 7 
Act and any associated administrative expenses. 8 
 
  Section 55.  The amount of $600,000, or so much thereof as 9 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 10 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 11 
costs associated with implementation of the SAFE -T Act. 12 
 
  Section 60.  The amount of $1,500,000, or so much thereof 13 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 14 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 15 
grants and administrative expenses associated with statewide 16 
deferred prosecution funding programs. 17 
 
  Section 65.  The amount of $3 50,000, or so much thereof as 18 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 19 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 20 
grants and administrative expenses associated with the Domestic 21

  Section 70.  The amount of $545,100, or so much thereof as 1 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 2 
to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 3 
grants and administrative expenses associated with the 4 
Innovations Institute. 5 
 
  Section 75.  The amount of $3,176,200, or so much thereof 6 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 7 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 8 
grants and administrative expenses related to trauma recovery 9 
centers. 10 
 
  Section 80.  The amount of $30,000,000, or so much thereof 11 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 12 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 13 
deposit into the Violent Crime Witness Protection Program Fund. 14 
 
  Section 82.  The amount of $20,000,000, or so much thereof 15 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 16 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 17 
grants to local law enforcement agencies related to less lethal 18 
devices, less lethal device training, and other allowable costs 19 
associated with less lethal weapon alternatives, and any 20

  Section 83.  The amount of $10,000,000, or so much thereof 1 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Rev enue 2 
Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for 3 
grants to local law enforcement agencies, other first 4 
responders, and co -responders for the co -responder pilot 5 
program, and any associated administrative expenses. 6 
 
  Section 85.  The amount of $21,286,300, or so much thereof 7 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 8

  Section 25.  The amount of $ 200,000,000, or so much thereof 15 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Criminal Justice 16 
Information Projects Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice 17 
Information Authority for administrative costs, awards and 18 
grants associated with the Restore, Reinvest, and Renew 19
