The sum of $ 1,858,777, or so much thereof as 16 may be necessary, and remains unexpended, at the close of 17 business on June 30, 202 3, from the appropriation heretofore 18 made in Article 95 Section 10, of Public Act 102 -0698 as 19 amended, is reappropriated from the Energy Effic iency Trust 20 Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for grants pursuant 21 to subsection (b) of Section 6 -6 of the Renewable Energy, Energy 22 SB2500 -23- OMB103 00074 BJD 45074 b Efficiency, and Coal Resources Development Law of 1997. 1 Section 99.
