24 | 24 | | 12 maintaining common water, sewer or other utility supply or |
---|
25 | 25 | | 13 service, or the collection of rents directly or indirectly |
---|
26 | 26 | | 14 from five or more independent mobile homes. Such license shall |
---|
27 | 27 | | 15 expire April 30 of each year and a new license shall be issued |
---|
28 | 28 | | 16 upon proper application and payment of reinspection fees and |
---|
29 | 29 | | 17 the annual license fee provided the applicant is in |
---|
30 | 30 | | 18 substantial compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the |
---|
31 | 31 | | 19 Department. Operating a mobile home park without a current |
---|
32 | 32 | | 20 license shall result in a fine of $10 per day per site. |
