The sum of $ 30,893,900, or so much thereof as may 5 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 6 meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the 7 State Comptroller, which includes in part, the approximate sum 8 of $250,000 for the Comptroller’s Office of Inspector General. 9 Section 10. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as 10 may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Comptroller from 11 the Comptroller's Administrative Fund for the discharge of 12 duties of the office. 13 Section 15. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 19 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 20 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 21 unfunded liabilities of the General Assembly Retirement System. 22 Amounts appropriated under this Section shall be in addition 23 SB3918 -19- SDS103 00082 AIH 45082 b to, and not in lieu of, any State contributions required under 1 Section 2-124 of the Illinois Pension Code. 2 Section 75. The amount of $0 , or so much thereof as may 3 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 4 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 5 unfunded liabilities of the Judges Retirement System. Amounts 6 appropriated under this Section shall be in a ddition to, and 7 not in lieu of, any State contributions required under Section 8 18-131 of the Illinois Pension Code. 9 Section 80. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 10 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 11 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 12 unfunded liabilities of the State Employees' Retirement System. 13 Amounts appropriated under this Section shall be in addition 14 to, and not in lieu of, any State contributions required under 15 Section 14-131 of the Illinois Pension Code. 16 Section 85. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 17 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 18 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 19 unfunded liabilities of the Teachers' Retirement System o f the 20 State of Illinois. Amounts appropriated under this Section 21 shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any State 22 SB3918 -20- SDS103 00082 AIH 45082 b contributions required under Section 16 -158 of the Illinois 1 Pension Code. 2 Section 90. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may 3 be necessary, is appropriated from the Pension Stabilization 4 Fund to the Office of the State Comptroller for funding the 5 unfunded liabilities of the State Universities Retirement 6 System. Amounts appropriated under this Section shall be in 7 addition to, and no t in lieu of, any State contributions 8 required under Section 15 -155 of the Illinois Pension Code. 9 ARTICLE 2 10 Section 5. The sum of $53,000,000, or such much thereof as 11 may be necessary and in addition to other amounts that may be 12 appropriated, is approp riated to the State Comptroller from the 13 Capital Facility and Technology Modernization Fund to the 14 Office of the Comptroller for technology modernization of the 15 Statewide Legacy Systems and maintenance of information 16 technology systems and infrastructure a nd other costs pursuant 17 to Section 28(e) of the State Comptroller Act. The effective 18 date of this section is July 1, 2024. 19 Section 10. The amount of $53,000,000, or so much thereof 20 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Office of the 21 SB3918 -21- SDS103 00082 AIH 45082 b Comptroller from the General Revenue Fund for deposit into the 1 Capital Facility and Technology Modernization Fund to the 2 Office of the Comptroller for t echnology modernization of the 3 Statewide Legacy Systems and maintenance of information 4 technology systems and infrastructure and other costs pursuant 5 to Section 28(e) of the State Comptroller Act.
