| 5 | 5 | | 3 to learn of the death of Caleb Lee Schwartz of East Peoria, who |

| 7 | 7 | | 5 WHEREAS, Caleb Schwartz was born to David and Meghann |

| 8 | 8 | | 6 (Dermott) Schwartz in Peoria on May 15, 2013; and |

| 9 | 9 | | 7 WHEREAS, From his smile to his tenacity for making others |

| 10 | 10 | | 8 laugh, Caleb Schwartz brought light and joy into the lives of |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 everyone he encountered; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 10 WHEREAS, Caleb Schwartz's desire to bring others happiness |

| 13 | 13 | | 11 was only overshadowed by his love of being outdoors; he |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 enjoyed taking daily walks around the neighborhood, playing |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 catch or frisbee, and spending time on his swing set; he |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 especially enjoyed going on R.V. camping trips; and |

| 17 | 17 | | 15 WHEREAS, When he was not outside, Caleb Schwartz enjoyed |

| 18 | 18 | | 16 reading, listening to stories or music on his Yoto, playing |

| 19 | 19 | | 17 board games, putting together puzzles, and playing with his |

| 20 | 20 | | 18 action figures; and |

| 21 | 21 | | 19 WHEREAS, Caleb Schwartz worked incredibly hard in school, |
