11 | 11 | | 9 received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Cardinal |

12 | 12 | | 10 Glennon College; he achieved his Master of Divinity from |

15 | 15 | | 13 WHEREAS, Rev. Msgr. Lantz was a retired priest of the |

18 | 18 | | 16 Immaculate Conception on May 27, 1978; he received the papal |

19 | 19 | | 17 honor of Chaplain to His Holiness, which was conferred on |
