Davenport of Havana, who 4 passed away on December 9, 2023; and 5 WHEREAS, William Davenport was born in Palmyra to Dean and 6 Virginia (Bugenhagen) Davenport on September 26, 1934; he 7 served in the U.S. Army; he married June Weaver in Havana on 8 June 14, 1953; and 9 WHEREAS, William Davenport ran the Illi-Go Gas Station for 10 many years; he also owned cigarette vending machines, worked 11 in trailer sales, and owned Midwest Palette; and 12 WHEREAS, William Davenport was a member of St. Barnabas 13 Episcopal Church in Havana and the Masonic Lodge; and 14 WHEREAS, William Davenport was preceded in death by his 15 wife, June; his parents; his sons, Thomas and Timothy 16 Davenport; and his brother, Robert Davenport; and 17 WHEREAS, William Davenport is survived by his son, Anthony 18 "Tony" Davenport; his daughter-in-law, Brenda (Steve) 19 Davenport-Fornoff; his grandchildren, Kyle (Katie) Davenport, 20 Travis (Rachel) Davenport, Ty Fornoff, and Will Davenport; his SR0664 LRB103 35915 MST 66002 r SR0664- 2 -LRB103 35915 MST 66002 r SR0664 - 2 - LRB103 35915 MST 66002 r SR0664 - 2 - LRB103 35915 MST 66002 r 1 great-grandchildren, Myles, Klay, Kyler, and Oliver; his 2 brother, Richard Davenport; his special niece, Lisa Dietsch; 3 and several nieces and nephews; therefore, be it 4 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL 5 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 6 William B.
