| 10 | 10 | | 8 WHEREAS, Virginia Hamilton was an accountant clerk with |

| 11 | 11 | | 9 the Secretary of State for 34 years, a custodian with HSHS St. |

| 12 | 12 | | 10 John's Hospital, and a laundry attendant at Kennedy's Laundry; |

| 14 | 14 | | 12 WHEREAS, Virginia Hamilton was a member of Union Baptist |

| 15 | 15 | | 13 Church, where she sang in the Voices of Union and was a parent |

| 16 | 16 | | 14 advisor of the Baptist Youth Fellowship (BYF) and Youth Praise |
