1111 1 AN ACT concerning State government.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and
1515 5 Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
1616 6 amended by adding Section 2310-438 as follows:
1717 7 (20 ILCS 2310/2310-438 new)
1818 8 Sec. 2310-438. Safe gun storage; Secretary of State driver
1919 9 services facilities; dissemination by the Department.
2020 10 (a) The Department shall ensure that safe gun storage
2121 11 information is available at all Secretary of State driver
2222 12 services facilities.
2323 13 (b) The Department may use existing public or private
2424 14 programs to implement this Section.
2525 15 (c) The Department shall disseminate safe gun storage
