| 23 | 23 | | 13 (3) Is not a convicted felon. |

| 24 | 24 | | 14 (4) The person is seeking election or appointment to: |

| 25 | 25 | | 15 (A) the office of sheriff in a county with a |

| 26 | 26 | | 16 population of less than 3,000,000 and has Has a |

| 27 | 27 | | 17 certificate attesting to the person's his or her |

| 28 | 28 | | 18 successful completion of the Minimum Standards Basic |
