"Social </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">11</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>club" does not include a fitness center or a community pool.</code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">12</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><code> </code><u><code>(b) A social club shall not charge a member who is </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">13</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>delinquent or in poor standing with the club for the time the </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">14</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>member is not allowed in the club or is unable to access the </code></u></td></tr><tr><td class="number">15</td><td class="junk"></td><td class="xsl" ><u><code>club's services.
