12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

14	14	4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
15	15	5 Illinois Right of Conscience Act.
16	16	6 Section 5. Legislative Intent. It is the public policy of
17	17	7 Illinois that every person has the right of conscientious
18	18	8 refusal to speak, create art or crafts, perform or participate
19	19	9 in any way in any particular form of services contrary to his
20	20	10 or her conscience.
