99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that
1212 5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
1313 6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic
1414 7 Opportunity to make grants to child care providers who offer
1515 8 non-traditional hours of care for the children of first
