1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that sum as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Fund
6 to the Department of Transportation for designing, planning,
7 and the construction costs of a new community center at the
8 Chicago Executive Airport, including an airplane mechanic and
9 pilot training institute and operations center.
