13 | 21 | | 11 physician, dentist, veterinarian, registered embalmer, |

14 | 22 | | 12 manufacturer or dealer in embalming supplies, wholesale |

15 | 23 | | 13 druggist, manufacturing pharmacist, industrial user, a nurse |

16 | 24 | | 14 upon the written order of a physician or dentist, the holder of |

17 | 25 | | 15 a permit issued under Section 5 of this Act, a registered |
---|
18 | 26 | | 16 chiropodist, or an employee of an incorporated hospital upon |

46 | | - | 13 hypodermic syringes or needles to any qualifying individual |
---|
47 | | - | 14 when sterile hypodermic syringes or needles are required for |
---|
48 | | - | 15 the proper utilization or administration of medications, |
---|
49 | | - | 16 including any counseling or referrals to relevant healthcare |
