23 | 23 | | 8 (a) For tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2004, a |

25 | 25 | | 10 Production Services Tax Credit Act or under the Film |
---|
26 | 26 | | 11 Production Services Tax Credit Act of 2008 is entitled to a |

27 | 27 | | 12 credit against the taxes imposed under subsections (a) and (b) |
---|
28 | 28 | | 13 of Section 201 of this Act in an amount determined by the |
---|
29 | 29 | | 14 Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity under those |
---|
30 | 30 | | 15 Acts. If the taxpayer is a partnership or Subchapter S |

133 | 133 | | 15 (e) The credit may not be carried back. If the amount of |
---|
134 | 134 | | 16 the credit exceeds the tax liability for the year, the excess |
---|
135 | 135 | | 17 may be carried forward and applied to the tax liability of the |
---|
136 | 136 | | 18 5 taxable years following the excess credit year. The credit |
---|
137 | 137 | | 19 shall be applied to the earliest year for which there is a tax |
---|
