88 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 Section 5. The sum of $25,000 or so much of that sum as may
1212 5 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
1313 6 the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for grants
1414 7 to the Barrington Area Council of Governments to facilitate
1515 8 implementation of its Water Resources Initiative that will
1616 9 monitor water quality and quantity in the shallow aquifer
1717 10 supporting the water needs of the Villages of Barrington,
1818 11 Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Lake Barrington, South
