12 | 20 | | 10 Department as provided in this Section. The membership of the |

13 | 21 | | 11 Board shall be as follows: |

14 | 22 | | 12 (1) The Director, ex officio, who shall be a nonvoting |
---|
15 | 23 | | 13 member and shall serve as chairman of the Board. |

16 | 24 | | 14 (2) One representative of each of the following State |

17 | 25 | | 15 agencies, each of whom shall be a nonvoting member: the |
