8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
12	12	5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
13	13	6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the
14	14	7 Chicago, Illinois to Milwaukee, Wisconsin passenger rail
15	15	8 service.
16	16	9 Section 10. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
17	17	10 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
18	18	11 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the
19	19	12 Chicago, Illinois to Madison, Wisconsin passenger rail
20	20	13 service.
21	21	14 Section 15. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
22	22	15 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
23	23	16 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the
24	24	17 Chicago, Illinois to Rockford, Illinois passenger rail
25	25	18 service.
26	26	19 Section 20. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that
27	27	20 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
28	28	21 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the
