---|
13 | 21 | | 11 (b) Authorize an investigation to include a |
---|
14 | 22 | | 12 fingerprint based background check to determine if the |
---|
15 | 23 | | 13 applicant has ever been convicted of a crime and if so, the |
---|
16 | 24 | | 14 disposition of those convictions; this authorization shall |
---|
17 | 25 | | 15 indicate the scope of the inquiry and the agencies which |
---|
18 | 26 | | 16 may be contacted. Upon this authorization the Secretary of |
---|
19 | 27 | | 17 State may request and receive information and assistance |
---|
20 | 28 | | 18 from any federal, state or local governmental agency as |
---|
21 | 29 | | 19 part of the authorized investigation. Each applicant shall |
---|
22 | 30 | | 20 submit his or her fingerprints to the Illinois State |
