8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. The amount of $640,000, or so much of that sum
12	12	5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
13	13	6 Fund to Chicago State University for the administration of the
14	14	7 Illinois National Guard and Illinois Veteran Grant programs.
15	15	8 Section 10. The amount of $170,000, or so much of that sum
16	16	9 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
17	17	10 Fund to Governors State University for the administration of
18	18	11 the Illinois National Guard and Illinois Veteran Grant
19	19	12 programs.
20	20	13 Section 15. The amount of $745,225, or so much of that sum
21	21	14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
22	22	15 Fund to Eastern Illinois University for the administration of
23	23	16 the Illinois National Guard and Illinois Veteran Grant
24	24	17 programs.
25	25	18 Section 20. The amount of $7,500,000, or so much of that
26	26	19 sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
27	27	20 Revenue Fund to Illinois State University for the
28	28	21 administration of the Illinois National Guard and Illinois

58	58	9 Fund to the Northeastern Illinois University for the

61	61	12 Section 35. The amount of $2,100,000, or so much of that
62	62	13 sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
63	63	14 Revenue Fund to the Northern Illinois University for the
64	64	15 administration of the Illinois National Guard and Illinois
65	65	16 Veteran Grant programs.
66	66	17 Section 40. The amount of $5,600,000, or so much of that

68	68	19 Revenue Fund to the Southern Illinois University System for
