82 | 82 | | 12 "cosmetology" does not include the services provided by an |
---|
83 | 83 | | 13 electrologist. Nail technology is the practice and the study |
---|
84 | 84 | | 14 of cosmetology only to the extent of manicuring, pedicuring, |
---|
85 | 85 | | 15 decorating, and applying sculptured or otherwise artificial |
---|
86 | 86 | | 16 nails, or in any way caring for the nail or the skin of the |
---|
87 | 87 | | 17 hands or feet including massaging the hands, arms, elbows, |
---|
88 | 88 | | 18 feet, lower legs, and knees. Cosmetologists are prohibited |
---|
89 | 89 | | 19 from using any technique, product, or practice intended to |
---|
90 | 90 | | 20 affect the living layers of the skin. The term cosmetology |
