1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that sum as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Secretary of State for a recurring, permanent
7 grant program for Illinois academic libraries. These grants
8 shall be applied toward Open Education Resources.
