| 104 | + | 1 (16) The Attorney General or his or her designee. |

| 117 | + | 14 (e) The responsibilities of the Task Force shall include |

| 125 | + | 22 (3) assessing the use of generative artificial |

| 126 | + | 23 intelligence to improve delivery of public services; |

| 127 | + | 24 (4) protecting civil rights and civil liberties of |

| 128 | + | 25 individuals and consumers as it relates to generative |

| 129 | + | 26 artificial intelligence; |
