29 | 29 | | 15 payment to the fund of an amount to be determined by the board, |

30 | 30 | | 16 equal to (i) the difference between the amount of employee and |

31 | 31 | | 17 employer contributions transferred to the fund under Section |

32 | 32 | | 18 4-108.9 and the amounts that would have been contributed had |
---|
33 | 33 | | 19 such contributions been made at the rates applicable to a |
