8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
12	12	5 of $545,164,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
13	13	6 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme
14	14	7 Court for operational expenses, awards, grants, permanent
15	15	8 improvements, and probation reimbursements for the fiscal year
16	16	9 ending June 30, 2026.
17	17	10 Section 10. The sum of $29,131,200, or so much thereof as
18	18	11 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory
19	19	12 Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory
20	20	13 Arbitration Programs.
21	21	14 Section 15. The sum of $708,800, or so much thereof as may
22	22	15 be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language
23	23	16 Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign Language
24	24	17 Interpreter Program.
25	25	18 Section 20. The sum of $20,793,900, or so much thereof as
26	26	19 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court
27	27	20 Special Purposes Fund to the Supreme Court for the oversight
28	28	21 and management of electronic filing, case management systems,

51	51	2 Section 25.The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as
52	52	3 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court
53	53	4 Federal Projects Fund to the Supreme Court for expenses
54	54	5 relating to various federal projects.
55	55	6 Section 30. The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof may
56	56	7 be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Special
57	57	8 State Projects Fund to the Supreme Court for Expenses relating
58	58	9 to various state projects.
59	59	10 Section 35. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof may
60	60	11 be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Indirect
61	61	12 Cost Fund to the Supreme Court for various administrative
62	62	13 Expenses.
63	63	14 Section 40. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof as
64	64	15 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Cannabis
65	65	16 Expungement Fund to the Supreme Court for the distribution to
66	66	17 clerks of the circuit court for the facilitation of petitions
67	67	18 of expungement of minor cannabis offenses pursuant to the
68	68	19 Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.
69	69	20 Section 45. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
70	70	21 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory

85	85	5 Section 50. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as
86	86	6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Public Defender
87	87	7 Fund to the Supreme Court to provide funding to counties for
88	88	8 public defenders and public defender services.
89	89	9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
