88 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 ARTICLE 1
1212 5 Section 5. The amount of $5,753,700, or so much thereof as
1313 6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
1414 7 Fund to the Board of Higher Education to meet its operational
1515 8 expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
1616 9 Section 10. The sum of $458,100, or so much thereof as may
1717 10 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
1818 11 the Board of Higher Education for costs and expenses
1919 12 associated with the administration and enforcement associated
2020 13 with the P-20 Longitudinal Education Data System Act.
2121 14 Section 15. The sum of $183,300, or so much thereof as may
2222 15 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
2323 16 the Board of Higher Education for costs associated with the My
2424 17 Credits Transfer System.

189189 12 the administration and enforcement of 110 ILCS 1010.

191191 14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the BHE Data and
192192 15 Research Cost Recovery Fund to the Board of Higher Education
