The sum of $62,000,000, or so much thereof as 9 may be necessary, and remains unexpended, at the close of 10 business on June 30, 2025, from the appropriation heretofore 11 made in Article 87, Section 5, of Public Act 103-0589 as 12 amended, is reappropriated from the VW Settlement 13 Environmental Mitigation Fund to the Environmental Protection 14 Agency for all costs, including administrative expenses, 15 associated with funding eligible mitigation actions that 16 achieve reductions of emissions in accordance with the 17 Environmental Mitigation Trust Agreement relating to the 18 Partial Consent Decree between U.S. Department of Justice, 19 Volkswagen AG and other settling defendants. 20 Section 10.
