153	153	2 Section 50. The sum of $39,267,300, or so much thereof as
154	154	3 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Health
155	155	4 Benefits Exchange Fund to the Department of Insurance for
156	156	5 costs associated with implementation of the Illinois Health
157	157	6 Benefits Exchange.
158	158	7 Section 55. The sum of $375,000, or so much thereof as may
159	159	8 be necessary, is appropriated from the Insurance Producer
160	160	9 Administration Fund to the Department of Insurance for
161	161	10 ordinary and contingent expenses related to or in support of
162	162	11 the Division of Healthcare Access.
163	163	12 Section 60. The sum of $375,000, or so much thereof as may
164	164	13 be necessary, is appropriated from the Insurance Producer
165	165	14 Administration Fund to the Department of Insurance for costs
166	166	15 associated with the administration and operations of the
167	167	16 Health Care Protection Act.
168	168	17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
169	169	18 2025.
