88 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
99 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1010 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1111 4 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
1212 5 of $32,196,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
1313 6 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board
1414 7 of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and
1515 8 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
1616 9 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
1717 10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Elections Special
1818 11 Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational
1919 12 expenses, grants, and reimbursements, except that this amount
2020 13 shall not exceed funds made available.
2121 14 Section 15. The following amounts, or so much of those
2222 15 amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
2323 16 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the State
2424 17 Board of Elections for its ordinary and contingent expenses as
2525 18 follows:
2626 19 For reimbursement to counties for increased
