8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum
12	12	5 of $32,196,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is
13	13	6 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board
14	14	7 of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and
15	15	8 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
16	16	9 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
17	17	10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Elections Special
18	18	11 Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational
19	19	12 expenses, grants, and reimbursements, except that this amount
20	20	13 shall not exceed funds made available.
21	21	14 Section 15. The following amounts, or so much of those
22	22	15 amounts as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
23	23	16 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the State
24	24	17 Board of Elections for its ordinary and contingent expenses as
25	25	18 follows:
26	26	19 For reimbursement to counties for increased
27	27	20 compensation for judges and other election
28	28	21 officials, as provided in Public Acts 81-850,
