12 | 12 | | 5 of $32,196,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is |

15 | 15 | | 8 reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. |

16 | 16 | | 9 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as |
