8	8	1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
9	9	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
10	10	3 represented in the General Assembly:
11	11	4 ARTICLE 1
12	12	5 Section 1. The sum of $6,495,517,664, or so much thereof
13	13	6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Common School
14	14	7 Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of
15	15	8 Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law.
16	16	9 Section 5. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as may
17	17	10 be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance
18	18	11 Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of
19	19	12 Illinois for additional costs due to the establishment of
20	20	13 minimum retirement allowances pursuant to Sections 16-136.2
21	21	14 and 16-136.3 of the Illinois Pension Code.
22	22	15 Section 10. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as may
23	23	16 be necessary, is appropriated from the Common School Fund to
24	24	17 the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois for
25	25	18 the employer contributions required by the State as an
26	26	19 employer of teachers described under subsection (e) or
27	27	20 subsection (f) of Section 16-158 of the Illinois Pension Code.

49	49	1 Section 15. The amount of $123,195,074, or so much thereof
50	50	2 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
51	51	3 Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of
52	52	4 Illinois for deposit into the Teacher Health Insurance
53	53	5 Security Fund as the State's contribution for teachers' health
54	54	6 insurance.
55	55	7 Section 20. The amount of $16,256,000, or so much thereof
56	56	8 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Common School
57	57	9 Fund to the Public School Teachers' Pension and Retirement
58	58	10 Fund of Chicago for the State's contribution pursuant to
59	59	11 subsection (c) of Section 17-127 of the Illinois Pension Code.
60	60	12 Section 25. The amount of $346,838,000, or so much thereof
61	61	13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Common School
62	62	14 Fund to the Public School Teachers' Pension and Retirement
63	63	15 Fund of Chicago for the State's contribution pursuant to
64	64	16 paragraph (2) of subsection (d) of Section 17-127 of the
65	65	17 Illinois Pension Code.
66	66	18 Section 30. The sum of $65,000,000, or so much thereof as
67	67	19 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
68	68	20 Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of
69	69	21 Illinois for additional State contributions associated with
70	70	22 adjustments to the earnings limitation specified in subsection
71	71	23 (b-5) of Section 1-160 of the Illinois Pension Code.
